Dear Friends,

I want to thank the hundreds of people who came forth with donations of clothing, toys, toiletries, gift cards and dollars. Your contributions were distrusted to the many victims of the Woolsey Fire. All remaining clothing and items were delivered to the Red Cross Evacuation Center in Thousand Oaks. Although our distribution center is now closed, we are still accepting gift cards to local shopping centers (Ralphs, Vons, Target, etc.) as well as cash donations. These cards and funds will continue to help those affected most by the fire. Gift cards can be mailed or dropped off at our office, Chabad Woolsey Fund, 30347 Canwood Street, Agoura Hills, CA 91301. Monetary contributions can be made by clicking this link

Once again, thank you all for your kindness and support,

Rabbi Moshe D. Bryski

JOIN US TODAY IN THANKING OUR FIREFIGHTER HEROES

Dear Friends,

First, thank you to all who have contributed in the form of dollars, gift cards and items to the Woolsey Fire Relief Campaign. The response has been overwhelming and inspiring.

While the Distribution Center will remain open for another day, I would like to make sure that we do not forget to express our appreciation to the heroes of our community - our firefighters. Yes, we lost quite a few homes (even one is too many), but tens of thousands of homes were saved due to their expertise, bravery and heroism.

So please join us...

Today, Wednesday, Nov. 14 | 5:00 p.m.

We will meet in the parking lot of Chabad of Agoura Hills, 30345 Canwood Street, and walk together as a grateful community to the fire station at 29575 Canwood Street. For those with children and grandchildren, please have them create their own creative hand made signs of thanks... (if you would like to bake some some home made cookies or treats (not necessary), you are more than welcome... maybe come up with some low fat healthy stuff too... they have had so many cookies and donuts lately!!)... Please bring your infants in strollers and have them join along (if it's not too cold or windy)...

We will not have any ceremony or speeches... it is just a heartfelt spontaneous gesture of appreciation...

Please spread the word...

On behalf of all the Rabbis and Rebbetzins of Chabad of the Conejo and The Friendship Circle,

Rabbi Moshe D. Bryski
Executive Director
